Pascale Sédès de Pellegars
President
An agricultural engineer, Pascale de Pellegars is passionate about the "living". A graduate of ENSAIA, she completed her engineering training with two cycles of Executive Management training at INSEAD and CEDEP.
Having held several Management & General Management positions within international groups, mainly in the agri-food sector, she has supervised and supported large, multicultural teams.
She has operational experience in leading change in contexts of profound transformation and in varied and uncertain environments. She has measured how self-awareness, openness to others, listening and communication are essential in a change process.
With a strong results-oriented culture and a solid ability to develop and realize a vision, she seeks individual and collective efficiency in the service of strategic issues and performance. "Let's build together" is the driving force behind her action. Driven by the desire to share her experience and by her belief in humanist values, she focuses as a consultant on what has always fascinated her: "making people and teams grow".
Pascale joins ATLAS Transition in 2023 as president.
